Products made by regin:

For regin products, repeated screen-printing on the back of the film, then placed in the injection molding machine, and  the product is created.  Usages include automobile clock and temperature control panels. Also, microwave ovens, rice cookers, and a wide range of household appliances are created.

Film Insertion Molding Products:

A process of screen-printing and press/insertion molding produces household operation panels.  The products are then delivered to home appliance makers where they are installed on various household appliances, such as microwaves and washing machines.  With the possibility of three-dimensional manufacturing, designer’s needs and the demand for higher technology can be met.  　

Molded Printed Products:

Expressing depth is possible by screen-printing from the backside of a molded part.  This technology is used for thicker parts to express an increased sense of depth and a high-class impression, so they are used in high-end luxury cars.  In addition, the surface resists abrasions so these indicator panels can be used in mid-level automobiles.   

New Flexible Mark:

A new mark developed with a soft/flexible material, which is gentle on the earth.  

New Shippo Mark:

While succeeding the Owari Shippo tradition, it was developed out of lightweight aluminum and it is even recyclable.  With demands for reduction in environmental waste, this environmental friendly product now exists.

Evaporation Emblems:

This kind of screen-printing and PAD printing on transparent acrylic resin molded product allows for original designs, such as silver and gold.  In comparison with former construction methods, 3-4 man-hours are reduced. 

HISOGLA  Floating/Three-dimensional Emblem:

The idea is to have this emblem’s image to appear to be floating, raised up, and three-dimensional.
