Screen printing
[Cylinder press, Semi-automatic printing machine and molding printing machine]
This is the process used since our founding. It is a printing process with features that use fibers such as polyester and nylon. It places the ink on the plate and, by extruding, the ink is deposited on the film to a portion with open spatula-shaped plate holes called squeegee.

Thomson
t is a process that cut the required shape of the film using a mold with blades called Thomson blade.

Press
Used to make various shapes in processing such as bend, cut, disconnect etc. It is also possible to process resin film or metal.

Injection molding
[Film insert molding, Film-mold, Two-color molding and transparent material molding, Other general molding]
It is most often used molding method to manufacture plastic products. The particle of the resin, referred to as pellets melted in a heating cylinder is injected into a mold by a screw and then molded and cooled. Two types of resin can be molded at the same time.

Painting
[Robot painting and spindle painting]
Mostly used in plastic molding decoration. It is an atomized way of spraying paint mist by using air. Robot painting is also called spindle painting which paints while rotating the product.

Laser processing
We have two kinds of YAG laser machine and CO2 laser machine. YAG laser machine is a device for removing the paint film of painted plastic product. It is used mainly in manufacturing of products for transmitting light such as lights. Furthermore, CO2 laser unit is mainly used for cutting required shape of the resin molded article.

Vapor deposition
It is a process of forming a mainly metal film on the surface of the plastic product. By heating the metal in a vacuum, gaseous metal to form a metal film on the surface of the molded article.

Sputtering
It is a process of forming the main metal layer on the surface of the plastic molding. Step of attaching to the surface by skipping metal atoms rely on plasma and argon to the target (the metal desired to form a metal film) in a vacuum. Strong adhesion of vapor deposition is characterized by the film thickness.

Offset printing
In the printing method using the plate water-repellent to form a photosensitive layer of lipophilic to hydrophilic support and printing by removing the lipophilic layer in the non-image portion. By attaching dampening water to the plate as a principle, water may adhere to non-image areas of the plate, then the non-image area by attaching the ink will not ride the ink, corresponding to the image area portion only ink will adhere. This print is transferred to blanket cylinder called a blanket though high-speed printing and gradation, fine-grained pattern is made. The machine can also print on metal plates.

Potting
This is a process of putting a special transparent resin on top of a printed film or metal plate. In the technology used in the emblem etc., it gives a three-dimensional feeling to the nameplate. Resin used is environmentally-friendly and has materials that are lead-free.

Hara Nameplate Factory

Ink-jet
Uses ink that can be used in plastic molding and prints the same as normal ink-jet printer. It is possible to print design data directly. It is also possible to print in multi-color.

Hot stamp
It is a process of transferring the molded articles using the deposited printed film or metallic film. It is difficult in silk screen printing but can be applied in any other than flat surfaces.

Pat Printing
It is a process of printing on the molded product after it has been transferred to the rubber-like transcript called pad. The ink adheres to the metal plate. Pat mainly uses rubber with silicon making the principle solvent to be printed on the surface of the molded article to volatilize while adhering to the pad.
